This agreement governs the use of the cheats-store online service. By making a purchase or registering, you confirm that you have read and accept the terms and conditions.
General provisions
This User Agreement governs the use of the online service provided by the Administration of cheats-store. Using the service means the user agrees with all the terms of this document.
Services and digital goods
The service provides intangible digital goods: license keys, access to software, information materials, instructions and consultations. The value of a product is determined by the organization, support, and ease of access—not by the exclusivity of the information itself.

Disclaimers and “as is”
Services are provided “as is” (AS IS). The administration does not guarantee the achievement of any specific result, as well as the continuous or error-free operation of third-party software to which access is provided.
The administration is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use or inability to use the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Fair use
The user undertakes to use the service in accordance with applicable laws and rules of gaming platforms. The user is responsible for the legality of using the received materials and keys.
Intellectual Property
Materials posted on the site (texts, illustrations, design, program code) are protected by intellectual property law. It is prohibited to copy, distribute, or resell materials without the written permission of the Administration.
The purchased license keys are for personal use and cannot be transferred to third parties.
Access restriction
The administration has the right to suspend or terminate the user’s access to the service without refund in case of violation of this agreement, abuse of the service (including attempts to charge back after activating the key), as well as at the reasonable request of copyright holders or government bodies.
Payment and returns
Payment is made through third-party payment systems: bank cards and SBP (Platega) and cryptocurrencies (Cryptomus). After successful payment, the key automatically appears in your personal account or is sent to the specified e-mail.
Refunds are not provided after key activation. Refunds are possible only if it is technically impossible to issue a key and provided that the application is received within 24 hours after payment via support.
Privacy
The minimum amount of technical data necessary for the operation of the service is collected. More details in Privacy Policy. The service uses reasonable security measures, but there is no absolute security on the Internet.
Changes to terms and conditions
The administration has the right to update the terms of the agreement. The new edition comes into force from the moment of publication. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the changes.
