Open the system requirements for the selected product. Compare your Windows version and build, CPU and any additional launch conditions. Game requirements and third-party product requirements are different: being able to run Fortnite does not establish compatibility with every tool.
Compare listed features
Read the feature list and review the media on the product page. Player ESP, item visualization and vehicle ESP can be separate capabilities. Do not assume two products for Fortnite have identical features. Ask support about any specific capability you need.
Check the plan and guide
Confirm the access period and read the guide in advance. Keep your order number after payment. Do not post your key in chats or screenshots: support can usually begin with an order number and error message without secret information.
