OS version and build are different
The Windows 11 label describes an OS family, not the entire configuration. A developer may support only specific versions and builds. Open Settings → System → About and note the Windows specifications; winver also shows version information. Compare them with the current product requirements rather than an old chat message or review.
Processor and game platform
Identify your CPU model and the stated Intel or AMD support. Then check the game client: Steam, EA, Battle.net, Xbox and regional editions are not automatically equivalent. A game running successfully does not prove that all components of another product are compatible. If your exact platform is not listed, ask support and name the client explicitly.
Additional launch conditions
Some products list requirements involving overlays, virtualization or other Windows components. Read the complete list before buying. Do not change BIOS or security settings merely because a generic instruction suggests doing so; first establish whether the requirement applies to your product and device. If the listing conflicts with documentation, ask support which conditions are current.
Check again after updates
A Windows, game or loader update can change compatibility. Check the product status and current guide before launching again. If an error appears, record its message, your Windows build and the launch step. Describe the configuration and order number in a ticket; do not put passwords or complete keys in public messages.
